When Training: Do No Harm!

A good training program should challenge you, but it should also respect your current strength, mobility, experience, and limitations.

More is not always better.
Harder is not always smarter.
Pain is not always progress.
Train with purpose.
Use good form.
Progress gradually.
Recover fully.
Adapt when necessary.

The goal is not simply to finish the workout. The goal is to become stronger, healthier, and more capable without creating unnecessary setbacks along the way.

Challenge the body. Respect the body. Do no harm.
