Pushups

A good push-up is not just an arm exercise. It uses the chest, shoulders, triceps, core, hips, and even the legs to keep the body stable and strong. The goal is not to do as many as possible with poor form.

The goal is to move with control. Start where you are.Use a wall, countertop, bench, knees, or the floor.

  • Keep the body aligned.

  • Brace the core.

  • Lower with control.

  • Press back up with strength.

  • As you get stronger, the push-up can grow with you.

  • Make it easier when needed.

  • Make it harder when ready.

A push-up teaches an important wellness lesson: progress does not require fancy equipment. It requires consistency, patience, and good movement.

Push the floor away. Build strength. Move with confidence.
