Focused breathing can help us slow down, prepare for movement, recover after effort, improve concentration, and reconnect with what the body is feeling.

During exercise, breathing can support rhythm, control, and efficiency. During stressful moments, slowing the breath can help create a sense of calm and focus.

During recovery, breathing can help us pause and reset. You do not need special equipment. You only need to stop, pay attention, and breathe with intention.
