5-Minute Mobility
A simple whole-body reset to help you move more freely, feel less stiff and build a daily movement habit—guided by Quavon Reede.
Breathing + Reach
Wake up posture, rib cage and shoulders with easy reaching.
Shoulder & Upper-Back Rotation
Rotate gently right and left to open the upper body.
Hip Hinge to Reach
Practice a useful bending pattern while opening hips and hamstrings.
Supported Squat
Mobilize hips, knees and ankles while practicing everyday lower-body movement.
Alternating Lunge / Hip Opener
Open the front of the hips while working balance and stride.
Ankle Rocks + Calf Raise
Finish with ankle mobility and a little lower-leg activation.
Think smooth, not extreme.
The purpose of this routine is to help your body feel ready to move. You do not need to stretch farther or move faster to get value from five minutes.
Make it a habit.
Repeat this flow daily for one week. Notice which movement feels easiest, which feels restricted and how your body feels afterward.
